摘要
以2000年来陕西省10个地级市为研究对象,选取2000、2005、2010、2015年四个时间节点,从城镇化水平和城镇化质量两方面,对城镇化发展协调度进行研究。在构建指标体系时,采用熵值法测定城镇化质量指标权重;通过协调发展模型,对2000—2015年陕西省城镇化发展协调度的时空演化进行分析。主要结论为:(1)西安市城镇化发展协调度在省域范围内最高,并且在2000年已达到初级协调;(2)整体上,陕西省城镇化质量高于城镇化水平,这主要是由于城镇体系分布不合理造成的,省会城市极化作用最大化,涓滴效应未充分体现;(3)城镇化发展协调度区域差异显著,总体上呈现出西南—东北倒'U'型分布空间分布特点,到2015年渐趋均衡;(4)陕西省城镇化发展协调度等级较低,处于低水平均衡,亟待提升。
This paper, based on 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province as the research object, analyses the urbanization development coordination between the level and quality of urbanization by selecting four time nodes, the year 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the urbanization development,measures index weight obtained from the entropy method, and analyses the spatio-temporal distribution evolution of urbanization development coordination of Shaanxi province from 2000 to 2015. The main conclusions include: 1)Xi’an is of the highest coordination value in urbanization among all cities in the province and has reached a primary coordination degree in 2000; 2)On the whole, the quality of urbanization in Shaanxi province is higher than the level of urbanization, it is mainly due to the unreasonable distribution of urban system-capital city polarization maximization without a fully reflection of diffusion effect; 3)There are significant differences in regional urbanization development coordination relationship, the higher value area of urbanization develoopment coordination degree extends from southwest to northeast, showing an inverted U-shaped, and it gradually reaches equilibrium in 2015; 4)The level of urbanization development coordination in Shaanxi province is below the average, which urgently need to be upgraded.
