摘要
本文基于某大学大学生就业期望调查分析毕业生不选择基层就业的原因,包括文化动因以及观念束缚等。在此基础上,阐述高校在引导学生基层就业的过程中应当拓展传统的就业指导领域,"以发展的眼光"进行指导,引导大学生树立多元化就业理念,实现人与职的和谐。
This paper, which is based on the surveys of university students' employment expectation, makes an analysis of their reasons for not choosing to take up occupations in grass-roots, like the cultural motive and the bonds of tradition. Given the understanding, this paper will discuss that in the process of leading students to the grass-roots employment, colleges and universities should expand the traditional area of vocational guidance to some extent, guide the students in the light of their development and help them set up the concept of diversity employment, achieving the harmony of students and occupations.
