摘要
当前大学生主体人群均出生于上世纪90年代,在就业过程中,他们的就业价值取向呈现出新的特点,如何应用这些新特点进行针对性的引导成为亟待研究的课题。同时,在引导大学生树立科学合理就业价值取向的过程中,如何充分发挥家庭、学校、社会三方在引导过程中的作用,形成引导大学生就业价值取向的合力也尤为重要。
The current college students are mainly born in the 1990s. In the process of employment, their value orientation of employment presents new characteristics. How to guide pertinently according to these new characteristics becomes a subject of urgent research. At the same time , to establish a scientiifc and reasonable value orientation of employment in the process of guiding the college students. How to make full use of the role of families, schools and the society during the boot process and to form the resultant force of guiding the college students' value orientation of employment is also very important.
