摘要
为提高750 kV GIS用环氧浇注式保护级(5P级)电流互感器(TA)伏安曲线性能的稳定性,对浇注成品进行了例行试验,得出影响750 kV GIS用环氧浇注式5P级TA绕组伏安曲线性能稳定的主要因素是铁心强度和铁心受力。通过对比分析不同包扎结构的750 kV GIS用环氧浇注式5P级TA浇注前与浇注后的伏安曲线数据变化,得出750 kV GIS用环氧浇注式5P级TA的铁心加装非导磁性金属护盒是保证其伏安曲线性能稳定的有效方法。
In order to improve the stability of Volt-Ampere characteristic of protection level(5P class)current transformer(TA)with epoxy resin cast for 750 kV GIS,routine test is made for that.Seen from the test results the main factors influencing the stability are the iron core strength and its force.By the comparison and analysis of the test data of Volt-Ampere characteristic of TA with different wrap structures before and after casting epoxy resin,the ideal and optimal method which is used to ensure the stability of Volt-Ampere characteristic is offered.That is,the iron core with non-magnetic metallic box is an effective and ideal method to ensure its volt-ampere performance and stability.
