摘要
文章分析了有关政策、法规及国内、外企业的发展状况。面对我国加入世贸组织(WTO)的形势,认为知识产权国际化的趋势将日益明显,提出要保护知识产权,促进企业不断技术创新。
The article analyses related policies, regulations and the development situations of enterprises both at home and abroad. Following the situation of China's joining the WTO, it is considered that the tendency of the internationalization of intellectual property & right will be more and more obvious, to protect intellectual proprety right and promote the enterprise in new technology creation are raised.
