摘要
文章以论述知识产仅国际化的发展趋势和我国知识产权的立法现状为切入点,分析了我国科技管理中专利管理制度存在的问题,并针对知识产权国际化形势,提出了加强和改进当前专利管理制度的对策建议。
Starting from the expositor on the internationalization trend and the present legislations of intellectual property, this thesis analyses the existing problems in the sci-tech patent management system of China, and puts forword some suggestions and countermeasures of strengthening and improving the current patent management system.
