摘要
为了提高平行光管测透镜焦距的质量,采用频谱傅里叶变换和液晶显示屏方法。首先给出系统结构图以及测量方程;接着根据液晶显示屏上光斑位置变化的距离,鉴别出平行光管是否离焦,通过液晶显示屏最小像元尺寸计算最大检焦分辨率;然后基于频谱傅里叶变换对液晶显示屏定焦;最后给出了误差分析。实验测量显示液晶显示屏比目视法有更高的精度,测量重复性好。
In order to improve quality of the collimator measured lens focal length,Fourier transform and LCD screen was proposed.Firstly,structure of system and equation of measurement were gave;Secondly,change of distance on LCD spot position was identified collimator defocued,LCD smallest pixel size was calculated maximum of resolution of focus;Thirdly,liquid fixed focus crystal display screen was based on spectrum of Fourier transform;Finally,analysis of error was gave.Experimental measurement show that the LCD screen is higher accuracy than visual inspection,repeatability of measurement is better.
