摘要
以贸易便利化相关理论为指导,以贵州贸易便利化推进情况为基础,构建贵州贸易便利化评价指标体系,运用MDI组合赋权的贸易便利化模糊综合测度模型对贵州贸易便利化水平进行测度。研究表明,贵州省贸易便利化水平的综合评分为2.227,贸易便利化水平处于'低'水平且接近于'差'水平。并就贵州在国际物流、电子商务、金融服务以及通关效率等一系列贸易便利化推进问题上提出相关对策建议。
This paper establishes the Guizhou trade facilitation evaluation index system with relevant theories of trade facilitation as guidance and promotion progress of Guizhou trade facilitation as fundamental,uses the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of trade facilitation empowered by MDI combination to measure Guizhou trade facilitation level.The results reveal that the comprehensive mark of Guizhou trade facilitation level is 2.227,and the trade facilitation level is'low'and to be'bad',and puts forward relevant countermeasure for the a series of trade facilitation promotion problems of international logistics,e-commerce,financial service and clearance efficiency for Guizhou.
