摘要
当前全球新冠疫情持续蔓延,新疆周边国家确诊人数持续增加,跨境物流、人员流通受到限制,新疆涉外经济面临较大挑战,外贸形势持续承压。本文在全面梳理新疆涉外经济特点基础上,重点分析疫情对新疆外贸进出口的影响,进而提出以资金融通为抓手,形成金融政策输血、财税政策造血、公共服务巩固的政策组合,支持新疆涉外经济复工复产。
At the present stage,the Novel Coronavirus disease continues to spread with the increasing number of confirmed cases in neighboring countries in Xinjiang,China.When the cross-border logistics and personnel circulation are limited by the neighboring countries accordingly,the foreign-related economy in Xinjiang faces great challenges,especially the foreign trade.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of Xinjiang’s foreign-related economy,this paper analyzes the impact of the epidemic on Xinjiang’s foreign trade.Then the paper puts forward a policy package to support the resumption of work and production of foreign-related economy in Xinjiang,in which the financial and tax policies,the public services are involved.
