摘要
目的:研究军训对大学生教官成就动机的影响。方法:采用时间序列设计,运用成就动机量表(AMS)对大学生教官进行测量。结果:军训结束后,实验组在成就动机上显著高于对照组,在避免失败上显著低于对照组,在追求成功上没有显著差异。实验组在军训后的成就动机得分显著高于军训前得分。结论:军训显著提升大学生教官的成就动机。
Objective:To study the effect of military training on the achievement motivation of Undergraduate drillmasters.Methods:The design of study was time seriedes sign.The military training in the real environment was seen as an experimental treatment.And undergraduate drillmasters were tested by AMS.Results:After military training,the scores in achievement motivation of experimental group was significantly higher than control group.The scores in avoiding failure of experimental group was significantly lower than control group.There was not significantly difference in the scores in pursuing success between experimental group and control group.The scores in achievement motivatn ioof experimental group after military training was significantly higher than the scores of experimental group before military training.Conclusion:Military training improved undergraduate drillmasters’achievement motivation significantly.
