摘要
安全座作为升降机安全保护装置的重要组成部分,在货物自由跌落冲击下,可能产生断裂破坏现象。以某型升降机安全座为研究对象,通过Siemens NX与ANSYS Workbench进行协同仿真,对重要件安全座进行冲击有限元分析,得到安全座在冲击载荷下的变形和应力情况,找出危险部位,为安全座的进一步优化设计奠定了基础。
As an important part of security protector in elevator, security seat may destroyed by falling freight. It presents co-simulation analysis based on Siemens NX and ANSYS Workbench of a certain type of security seat in elevator. Impact analysis on security seat to get its deformation and stress conditions, and find out the dangerous part.The research results provide basis for further optimal design.
