摘要
文章利用石墨粉末颗粒,基于端面摩擦实验机对粉末润滑的特性进行了摩擦学研究。重点探索了载荷变化时粉末膜的形成和渐变破坏过程,并利用光学显微镜对表面膜进行了观察;结果表明粉末润滑膜可以在一定载荷范围内长时间保持完整,实现良好润滑,并随载荷的增加逐渐表现出破坏现象。
The properties of powder lubrication film are investigated based on the plane contact tribotester. The research focuses on the formation and collapse process of the graphite powder lubrication film with the variation of load. The friction surface and powder film are observed by the optical microscope. The results indicate that the powder lubrication film can remain in good state for a long time within certain load and present satisfying lubrication characteristics. With the increasing of load, the film gradually starts to collapse.
