摘要 将传统中医的脉象诊断定量化 ,并深入研究脉搏波传播规律 ,实现无创检测人体心血管系统疾病 ,并进行早期的诊断、治疗是当前临床医学研究的热点之一。本文讨论了一种全自动心血管功能诊断系统 ,通过无创测量脉搏波的不同信息变化 ,经过数据处理及分析获取心血管系统的有关参数。本系统包括应变片式压力传感器、信号放大装置、数据采集分析系统 ,可全方位、多功能地显示各种脉图 ;在软件设计中引入小波分析 ,有效地降低了测量误差 ,实现了测量的智能化。研究表明 ,该系统与中医脉诊相结合 ,为中医诊脉的科学化。 The study of pulse wave, including its quantitative anaylsis and propagation , is one of the hot topics in the fields of clinical medicine, such as how to detect cardiovascular diseases and make early diagnosis without harm. In this paper are discussed a new type of automatic cardiovascular diagnosis method and the corresponding test instrument. The cardiovascular system parameters can be achieved through the wave changes, related data processing and analyzing. This system includes piezo-film transducer, signal amplifier, data collecting and data analyzing equipment. Various pulse diagrams can be shown in omnidirectional and multifunctional ways. The measurement error can be reduced effectively by introducing Mini-wave analysis in the design of software. The research indicates that combination of this equipment with the traditional Chinese medicine will provide wide practical application.
