摘要 由于以动脉硬化为代表的心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率越来越高,所以如何防治这类疾病,已成为世界各国迫切需要解决的一项重大课题。动脉硬化诊断仪,通过一种无创检测方法,对动脉脉搏波进行分析,得到一些有临床意义的病理指标,用脉搏信号来诊断动脉硬化。分析了脉搏波产生的生理机制,脉搏信号的特点及脉搏与动脉硬化的关系。论述了仪器主要检测参数与动脉硬化的诊断及临床应用。 The morbidity and mortality of the cardiovascular disease represented by arteriosclerosis are higher and higher. Therefore, how to prevent and cure the disease has become a major topic which needs to be solved all over the world. The diagnostic apparatus fro arteriosclerosis can be used to analyze the arterial pulse wave and get some valuable pathological indexes. Then the arteriosclerosis is diagnosed by the pulse signals. All these are processed in a noninvasive manner. In this paper, we analyze the physiologic mechanism of the occurrence of the pulse wave, the characteristics of the pulse signal as well as the relationship between the pulse and the arteriosclerosis. We also discuss the main detection parameters of the instrument, the diagnosis on the arteriosclerosis and its clinical applications.
