摘要
为提升舰船在复杂电磁环境下的生存力和战斗力,必须提出合理的舰船电磁兼容性指标,指标体系构建是舰船研制中的关键技术之一。美国海军颁布了一系列舰船电磁兼容性指标,进行舰船电磁兼容性控制。采用提出的基于需求分析的舰船电磁兼容性指标体系构建方法,建立需求转化模型,在分析舰船电磁兼容性指标发展的基础上,构建舰船电磁兼容性指标体系构架和指标要素,为实施舰船电磁兼容性控制和保障战斗效能的充分发挥提供技术支撑。
In order to improve the survivability and combat effectiveness of warship in complex electromagnetic environment,it is necessary to put forward a reasonable EMC index.The construction of index system is one of the key technologies in the development of warship.The US Navy has issued a series of EMC indicators for ship EMC control.Based on the analysis of the requirements of the ship EMC index system,a requirement transformation model is established.Based on the analysis of the development of the EMC index,a new method is proposed to construct the EMC index system of the warship.The frame and the index elements of the EMC index system are constructed,which provide technical support for the implementation of EMC control and the full play of combat effectiveness.
