摘要 针对船舶电子设备故障检测,采用传统方法缺少反馈机制,导致检测效率较低,所以提出了基于嵌入式技术的船舶电子设备故障检测。根据电子设备故障检测总体结构,对电路复位端口故障信息进行自定义,可实时向主控计算机通信。设计故障信息采集电路图,直接连通信息转换器,为故障检测提供精准信息。依据故障反馈情况,对电子设备状态变量展开分析,获取电子设备状态方程,根据矩阵属性,得到状态方程解,由此完成船舶电子设备故障检测。由对比结果可知,该技术最高检测效率为78%,为其他系统电子设备故障检测奠定基础。 In view of the failure detection of ship electronic equipment, the traditional method is short of feedback mechanism, resulting in low detection efficiency, and the fault detection of ship electronic equipment based on embedded technology is put forward. According to the overall structure of electronic equipment fault detection, the fault information of circuit reset port is customized, and it can communicate with the main control computer in real time. Design the circuit diagram of fault information collection, connect the information converter directly, and provide precise information for fault detection. According to the fault feedback, the state variable of the electronic equipment is analyzed, the state equation of the electronic equipment is obtained, and the state equation solution is obtained according to the matrix attribute, thus the fault detection of the ship electronic equipment is completed. By contrast, the highest detection efficiency of the technology is78%, which lays the foundation for fault detection of other systems.
