摘要 针对传统的故障诊断方法精度不高,实时性不好的问题,在嵌入式系统环境下进行故障实时诊断系统的优化设计。进行滚动轴承故障检测仪的总体设计,系统分为硬件系统部分和软件系统部分,整个硬件模块分为传感器系统、A/D采集模块、ARM主控系统模块、控制显示模块、供电系统。在以ARM为核心的嵌入式系统中进行故障诊断系统的软件开发,最后进行系统调试。实验结果表明,采用该故障诊断系统进行滚动轴承故障实时检测的准确性较好。 Since the traditional fault diagnosis method has low accuracy and poor real-time performance, the fault real-time diagnosis system was designed and optimized in embedded system environment. The overall design of the rolling bearing fault de- tector is performed. The system is composed of the hardware system and software system. The whole hardware module is com- posed of the sensor system, A/D acquisition module, ARM master control system module, control display module and power sup- ply system. The software of the fault diagnosis system is developed in the embedded system taking ARM as the core. The system was debugged. The experimental results show that the fault diagnosis system has high accuracy of the rolling bearing fault real- time detection.
