摘要
船舶液压系统在适当的温度范围内使用对提高船舶液压系统的工作可靠性及元件使用寿命具有重要的意义。提出基于单片机的船舶液压系统温度控制技术。对单片机控制船舶液压系统的温度参数进行自适应计算,并对自适应温度控制参数进行优化,实现基于单片机的船舶液压系统温度精确控制。仿真实验结果表明,所提的基于单片机的船舶液压系统温度控制效果较好,在船舶重载工况下,温度控制能源损耗较低,系统整体输出功率稳定,为船舶液压系统的稳定运行提供理论基础。
The use of ship hydraulic system in the appropriate temperature range is of great significance for improving the working reliability of the ship hydraulic system and the service life of the components. The temperature control technology of ship hydraulic system based on single chip microcomputer is proposed. The temperature parameters of the marine hydraulic system are self adaptively calculated by SCM, and the adaptive temperature control parameters are optimized to achieve the precise temperature control of the ship hydraulic system based on single chip microcomputer. The simulation results show that the temperature control effect of the ship's hydraulic system based on single chip microcomputer is better. Under the condition of heavy load, the temperature control energy loss is low, and the whole output power of the system is stable, which provides a theoretical basis for the stable operation of the ship's hydraulic system.
