摘要
液压系统作用在于改变压强、增加作用力,液压系统组成包括动力、执行、辅助、控制、液压油等,系统设计的合理性、元件性能、污染防护对液压系统的运行影响很大。船舶运行在特殊环境长时间保持高负荷交变运转状态会极大影响机械液压系统,从而产生漏油事故,当产生漏油问题时,则会对机械设备正常运行造成影响,且浪费问题严重。因此,本文注重分析和讨论船舶机械液压系统漏油原因,提出科学的处理方法,仅供参考。
The function of the hydraulic system is to change the pressure and increase the force.The hydraulic system consists of power,execution,auxiliary,control,hydraulic oil,etc.The rationality of system design,component performance and pollution protection have a great impact on the operation of hydraulic system.If the ship operates in a special environment and maintains high load alternating operation for a long time,it will greatly affect the mechanical and hydraulic system,resulting in oil leakage accidents.When oil leakage occurs,it will affect the normal operation of mechanical equipment,and the waste problem is serious.Therefore,this paper focuses on analyzing and discussing the causes of oil leakage in marine mechanical hydraulic system,and puts forward scientific treatment methods,for reference only.
