摘要
传统的船用主海水泵常常效率低下,在高负荷运行时,会面临着供水不足等问题,而为了能够改善能效利用效率,同时提升电机设备的使用寿命,本文对船舶主海水泵的变频控制系统进行了深入的研究,首先对海水泵的主电机系统进行了数学建模,并设计了一种新型的变频控制技术,能够同时对3个主电机进行独立的变频控制,进一步改善了控制效能。最后通过Matlab/Simulink软件设计了仿真系统,对人机操作界面进行了优化。
In order to improve the energy efficiency and improve the service life of electrical equipment, the traditional marine main sea water pump is often inefficient and can not meet the demand of water supply under high load. In this paper,the main sea water pump control system, the mathematical model of the main motor system of the seawater pump was established. A new frequency conversion control technique was designed, which could control the three main motors simultaneously and further improve the control. efficacy. At last, the simulation system is designed by MATLAB/Simulink, and the man-machine interface is optimized.
