隔震建筑抗风装置结构及力学性能研究 被引量:4

Study on structure and mechanical properties of wind resistant device for isolation building

摘要 提出一种配合隔震橡胶支座使用的抗风装置,通过对抗风装置进行有限元模拟和试验验证,研究抗风棒结构形式、截面参数、材料对抗风装置性能的影响。结果表明,抗风棒宜采用HT250灰铸铁材料制作,并采用60°或90°角的锥形截面形式;研发的抗风装置结构性能稳定,重复性试验结果优异,满足设计要求,可运用于强风强地震区的隔震建筑中。 A kind of wind resistant device used in rubber bearing for isolation was put forward.Through the finite element simulation and the experimental verification,the influence of the wind resistant rod structural form,cross section parameters and material of the wind resistant rod on the performance of the wind resistant device was studied.The results show that the HT250 gray cast iron material and the conical section form of 60°or 90°angle are suitable for making wind resistant rod.The developed wind resistant device has stable structure and performance,and the results of repeatability test are excellent,which matches the design requirements and can be used in isolation buildings in strong wind and earthquake area.
