高层隔震技术研究关键问题

摘要 随着城市化的不断推进,隔震技术已经不再局限于中低层房屋的基础隔震,高层隔震已经成为了一种趋势,归纳了高层建筑隔震技术推广面临的问题,包括隔震支座的受拉问题,高宽比限值的确定,基于性能优化的设计方法的提出,等效简化计算模型的建立及振动台试验研究等,并对该技术的工程应用情况进行了简单介绍,结合规范浅谈了其中存在的问题。此外,对一些新兴的课题进行了展望。 With the advancement of urbanization, the isolation technology is no longer confined to the base isolation of median-low housing, high-rise isolation has become a trend, the problem of the highrise isolation technology popularization are summarized, including the tension problem of isolation bearings, confirmation of aspect ratio, presenting of performance-based optimum design, establishing equivalent simplified calculation model and research for shaking application are introduced in brief, the existing problems table test. The technology of the engineering are briefly discussed by combining with the specification. In addition, some of the emerging topics are discussed.
