摘要
珠海横琴新区十字门国际金融中心大厦超高层塔楼建筑总高336.55m,主要屋面高度300m,采用带加强层的框架—核心筒混合结构体系。本工程结合避难层(31层、44层)共设置两道加强层,加强层采用周边带状桁架和伸臂桁架的形式。为进一步研究加强层伸臂桁架与剪力墙连接部位的受力性能,选取两种典型伸臂桁架节点进行细部分析。在与文献中模型节点试验结果对比验证的基础上,对本工程伸臂桁架两种典型节点进行了非线性有限元分析,重点研究了节点区域构件传力与应力分布特性。分析结果表明,在最不利荷载组合作用下,节点区域型钢处于弹性受力状态,节点核心区混凝土工作性能良好,伸臂桁架节点安全可靠。此外,对节点有限元分析中模型隔离方法与简化、边界条件施加和分析结果判定等需注意问题进行了探讨和总结,为类似工程分析提供参考。
A frame-core wall hybrid structural system is applied in the main building of Shizimen International Finance Center Mansion in Hengqin New Area,which is a super high-rise building with a total height of 336.55 m and a main-roof height of 300 m.The two strengthened stories were set according to the refuge floors(31 and 44) and applied the hybrid type of belt truss and outrigger truss.Finite element analysis(FEA) on two typical outrigger truss joints was carried out to investigate the loading performance of key joints of outrigger truss and core wall.Based on validation of experimental results involved in the references,the characteristics of force transmission and stress distribution in the two joints were studied.FEA results indicated that steel remained in elastic and concrete of joint core area was in good condition under the unfavorable load combination.The outrigger truss joints were safe and reliable in general.In addition,the several critical problems in FEA were discussed and summarized,such as the method of model isolation/simplification,boundary condition and the determination of analysis results.
