摘要
高装配率装配式钢结构建筑的结构体系可采用钢框架-钢板组合剪力墙,结构构件采用装配式部件。建筑设计采用模块化和标准化设计方法,通过建立基本功能模块,以特定方式进行组合,结合实际功能和使用要求,构建出整体功能区块,通过“少规格、多组合”来实现建筑功能和立面多样化效果。结构设计采用内置螺杆钢板组合剪力墙,工厂预制、现场免模板和支撑拼装;钢板组合剪力墙和钢框梁连接采用双夹板加强构造,有效传递梁端荷载,避免钢板组合剪力墙设置内隔板的复杂加工工序。
The structural system of prefabricated steel structure building with high assembly rate can adopt steel frame-steel plate composite shear wall,and the structural members adopt prefabricated parts.The architectural design adopts the modular and standardized design method,through the establishment of basic functional modules,combined in a specific way,combined with the actual function and use requirements,to build the overall functional block;through"fewer specifications and more combination"to achieve the architectural function and facade diversification effect.The built-in screw steel plate combination shear wall is used in structure design by factory prefabricated,on-site free formwork and support assembly;the steel plate composite shear wall and steel frame beam are connected by double splint reinforcement structure,which can effectively transfer the load at the end of the beam and avoid the complex processing procedure of setting up the inner partition of the steel plate composite shear wall.
