摘要
宁波某超限高层建筑地上53层,主体结构高度最大225m,采用混合结构体系,楼层平面逐层渐变。首先结合建筑方案及经济性分析说明了主体结构的体系选型方案,并对2种建筑方案及2种结构体系的比选进行了重点说明。随后,对主体结构进行了超限判别,并依据判别结果系统介绍了针对结构超高、扭转不规则及穿层柱选用的设计措施。最后,对结构性能化设计相关内容进行了重点介绍。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。
A super high building beyond code limits in Ningbo with the maximum height of 225 m and 53 floors on the grand,uses the mixed structure system and the floor plane is gradient.Firstly,combined architecture scheme and economic analysis,the structural system selection of the main structure was explained,and the comparisons of 2 kinds of architecture schemes and 2 kinds of structural systems were introduced.Then,the overtake judgment of the main structure was operated and the design measures about the height beyond code limits,the reverse irregularity and the jump pillar irregularity of the structure were introduced systematically.Finally,we state the performance design method of the structure particularly.Research and design results show that,by using reasonable design measures,the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled,and the structure calculation index can better meet the requirements of the standards.The structure is safe,reliable and the structural design is feasible.
