摘要
随着城市地下空间的不断开发利用,顶管法也在我国城市隧道施工中得到广泛应用。本文通过对深圳地铁7号线华强北站浅覆土大断面顶管施工过程中地表变形实际结果的整理分析,结合有限元分析方法,对浅埋条件下大断面顶管顶进施工过程中地表变形的规律进行研究,分析注浆压力等施工参数对地表变形的影响。通过不同影响因素的分析,发现顶管施工中土体损失是引起地表沉降的主要因素,因此实际施工中需要严格控制出土量。结果表明顶管顶进过程中由于土体损失作用,在顶管机掘进面上方地表会出现显著沉降变形,随着顶管进一步推进以及注浆压力的施加,地表沉降会逐渐恢复并出现一定的隆起,随着注浆压力的消散,地表又表现为一定的沉降变形。地表沉降主要集中在顶管施工区域,显著影响范围为2.5倍顶管宽度。
The field measured data of ground surface deformation induced by pipe jacking construction of Shenzhen metro line 7 was analyzed. FEM was adopted to study the ground surface deformation behavior and the influence of jet pressure.It was found that as a result of soil mass lost with the pipe jacking construction,obvious ground surface settlement was measured around the driving face. With further pipe jacking construction and application of grouting pressure,the ground settlement recovered and even heaved. With the dissipation of grouting pressure,ground surface settlement occurred again. Significant ground surface settlements mainly observed in the pipe jacking construction region,which had a width of2. 5 times of the width of pipe jacking.
