摘要
介绍一种可将用于测量位移的差动变压器传感器的输出正弦信号稳定放大固定倍数,将信号处理为与位移对应的直流信号,并可在三位半数显表头显示。分析了传感器信号处理电路所需的零点残余补偿电路、三运放高共模抑制比电路、精密整流型全波相敏检波电路、无线增益多路反馈型低通滤波电路、直流放大电路以及三位半数显电路的设计、仿真以及相关电子元器件的选型。
This paper introduces a kind of differential transformer sensor which can stably amplify the output sinusoidal signal of displacement measurement by a fixed multiple. The signal is processed into a DC signal corresponding to the displacement and can be displayed on a three-half display head. The design and Simulation of zero residual compensation circuit, three operational amplifiers high common mode rejection ratio circuit, precision rectifier full-wave phase sensitive detection circuit, infinite gain multi-channel feedback low-pass filter circuit, DC amplifier circuit, three-half display circuit and the selection of related electronic components are analyzed.
