摘要
介绍了差动变压器式传感器的结构、输出特性和利用其构建振动测试系统的方法。分析了影响振动测试系统测量精度的几个主要原因及有效解决办法。结果表明,经过机械结构以及测量电路的调节及补偿,振动测试系统的测量精度得到了明显提高。
The structure and output character, the method of building vibration measuring system were introduced. Several main reasons that affect the measuring precision of the vibration measuring system were analyzed, and the effective solution was given. The experimental result shows that the measuring precision of the vibration measuring system is improved by adjusting and compensating the mechanical structure and the measuring circuit.
