摘要
针对核能系统钠冷快堆及钠试验回路中压力测量问题,设计了一种波纹管复合差动变压器式压力传感器。由于感压元件自身存在固有刚度,致使传感器在测量范围内有一小部分测量盲区。为了减小测量盲区,提高传感器的线性精度,对比分析了波纹管弹簧式感压元件和多层波纹管填充式感压元件,介绍了工作原理和设计方案,着重介绍了两种感压元件的结构设计和仿真计算。此类传感器特别适合环境恶劣、介质复杂、工作温度高的条件下压力的测量。
Aiming at the problem of pressure measurement in the sodium-cooled fast reactor and the sodium test circuit,a bellows composite differential transformer pressure sensor was designed.Due to the inherent stiffness of the pressure-sensing element itself,the sensor has a small measurement dead zone in the measurement range.In order to reduce the measurement blind zone and improve the linearity and accuracy of the sensor,a comparative analysis of a bellows spring-type pressure-sensing element and a multilayer bellows filled pressure-sensing elements,the working principle and design scheme are introduced,and the structural design and simulation calculations of the two pressure-sensing elements are introduced.This type of sensor is particularly suitable for pressure measurement in harsh environments,complex media,and high operating temperatures.
