摘要
目的 :探讨哌醋甲酯对氯化铝致小鼠被动回避行为障碍的影响。方法 :试用氯化铝给小鼠脑室内注射 ,引起急性脑铝中毒 ,抑制小鼠被动回避性条件反应。腹腔注射哌醋甲酯 2mg·kg- 1·d- 1,连续治疗 10d后 ,进行跳台法测试潜伏期和错误次数。结果 :观察到通过哌醋甲酯治疗 ,小鼠的潜伏期延长 ,错误次数减少。结论 :哌醋甲酯能改善小鼠被动回避性条件反应的行为障碍 ,增强小鼠的注意力。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Methylphenidate on the aluminum induced passive avoidance responses in mice.Methods:Model of passive avoidance responses induced by 1% AlCl 32μl·d -1 ,icv for two days in mice,use the step down test to observe the latency and number of errors.Results:Methylphenidate 2mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ip,qd×10d,the latency was increased and the number of errors were decreased.The aluminum induced passive behaviour impairment has been attenuated.Conclusion:The results suggest the methylphenidate can improve the ability of passive avoidance responses and enhancing the attention.
