姜黄色素是从姜黄中提取的食用天然黄色色素,该产品虽然在我国80年代就有生产,但一直没有规模,姜黄色素的生产需要在综合利用,产品开发和应用研究上下功夫,方能占领市场。
The curcumin is an edible natural yellow pigmcnt which is extracted and purified from Curcuma longa L. Although this product was produced in China since 1980. It was not put into mass production. We should devoted our- selves to multipurpose use,development and application in order to occupy the market.
