摘要
目的 对学龄儿童开展营养教育的效果和途径进行评价。方法 在 2所小学整群抽取学生 1 2 2 6名 ,按班级随机分为单纯学生教育组、学生与家长教育组和对照组 ,进行 3个月不同形式的营养教育 ;采用问卷和膳食调查的方法 ,分析营养教育后学生营养知识、态度、行为和膳食结构的变化。结果 两教育组学生接受营养教育后 ,营养知识得分与对照组比较显著提高 ,学生和家长教育组学生饮食行为的改善更为明显。结论 学校营养教育结合家长的参与是改善学生营养行为的有效途径 。
Objective To evaluate the effects and approaches of nutrition education implemented in primary school children.Methods One thousand two hundred and twenty-six pupils, drawn from 2 primary schools using cluster-sampling method, were randomly divided into pupil education group, pupil and parent education group, and control group. Nutrition education interventions in different forms were implemented in two education groups for 3 monthes. A questionnaire survey and a dietary survey were conducted to collect information on the changes in knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of pupils regarding nutrition and the change in dietary constituents before and after nutrition education.Results Pupils in two education groups got higher scores in nutritional knowledge, and dietary behaviors of pupils in pupil and parent group improved significantly after intervention in comparison to the control group.Conclusions School-based nutritional education implemented among pupils and their parents is an effective measure in improving eating behaviors of school-aged children; however, approaches should be in accordance with age characteristics of children.
