摘要
目的 :从景天中提取多糖 ,并测定其含量。方法 :运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取景天多糖 ,用酚 硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果 :测得景天中多糖含量 3.81% ,平均回收率为 97.2 5 % ,RSD =1.0 1% (n =3)。结论 :首次运用微波技术从景天中提取出多糖 ,反应速度加快 。
Objective:To extract and determine polysaccharides from Sedum hybridum L. Methods: Microwave technology applied in polysaccharides from Sedum hybridum L. were obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation, content determination with phenol-vitriolic colorimetry. Results: The polysaccharides content from Sedum hybridum L. was 3.81%, recovery rate was 97.25%. Conclusion: Microwave technology applied in the polysaccharides from Sedum hybridum L. has been obtained for the first time, it is rapid and with higher productive.
