摘要
介绍一种利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应实现的驱动装置——压电陶瓷泵。该驱动装置能够实现精密输出控制,可以用于需要大负载、微量精密位移的应用场合。
In this paper, a new kind of actuator, piezoelectric ceramic pump, is introduced. The actuator is built up by utilizing the reverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic. It is featured by its precise output control. Therefore, it could be applied to where the working conditions of heavy load, micro and precise movement are required.
