摘要
针对机械产品设计初期可靠性预测的特点,考虑产品设计初期可能获得的定性和定量信息,提出一种基于模糊贴近 度和CBR中相似度的可靠性预测方法,根据新产品和已有产品的相似程度和已有产品的可靠性数据进行新产品可靠性的概略估 计,适合于产品设计早期阶段产品或其部件的可靠性预测。
According to the character of reliability prediction in early design, a similarity based reliability prediction method is presented, in which the qualitative and quantitative similarities based on fuzzy similarity and the similarity in CBR between products are considered. Based on the similarity between a new product and the existed product and available reliability data, reliability prediction can be obtained approximately. The method can be used to predict the reliability of a product in early design.
