摘要
根据水下焊接的特殊情况,设计了一种带修正函数的规则自调整模糊控制器.对不同形状的焊缝进行药芯焊丝湿法水下焊接的焊缝跟踪试验,并将采用规则自调整的模糊控制器与简单模糊控制器得到的跟踪结果进行比较.试验结果表明,采用所设计的规则自调整模糊控制器进行焊缝跟踪,能够获得更高的跟踪精度和自适应性.
In view of the special circumstances of the flux-cored underwater welding,a rule self-tuning fuzzy controller with modification function is designed here. Compared with typical fuzzy controller,the self-tuning fuzzy controller has better tracking precision and self-adaptability in on-line rule seam-tracking under the flux-cored wet method for underwater welding for different soldering seam configuration.
