摘要
“三个代表”重要思想是对“三个有利于”标准的继承和坚持,更是对“三个有利于”标准的丰富和发展。它不仅突出了以科学技术为核心的生产力这一生产力标准的重中之重,强调了文化力在综合国力中的重要地位和作用,揭示了实现人民利益的多重层面,而且从社会发展规律和党的自身建设与执政规律的高度出发,为新世纪的中国共产党提供了正确的执政纲领和自身建设纲领。
The important thought of 'Three Represents' is succession to and persistence in the standard of 'three benefits' as well as its enrichment and development. The thought attaches importance to the productivity centered on science and technology, places emphasis on cultural force's important position and functions in comprehensive national forces, shows the multiple levels of realizing the people's benefits. What's more, the thought offers the correct political programs and programs of self-construction for the Communist Party of China in the new century, according to the law of the social development and laws of Party's self-construction and being at the helm.
