摘要
设置在攀钢1号高炉上的高炉炉身煤气自动取样及成分分析系统,取样探杆在炉身上部水平插入炉内取样测温。该系统可在10min内检测出沿高炉半径方向上各点CO、CO_2、H_2的百分含量和温度分布状况,取样管路上设置的三次除尘过滤装置有效地解决了同类设备取样气路易堵塞的问题。该系统在生产和炉况调剂中起到了重要作用。
The first set of automatic gas sampling and analysing system made in China has been opera ting for 8 months on the blast furnace No.1 at Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., This system plays important role in the furnace operating. The probe is at upper shaft of the furnace. The system can give the radial distribution of CO, CO_2, and H_2 content and temperature inside furnace within 10 minutes. The gas treating system is composed of tripatite filters, by which the blockage easily occured on other systems has been successfuly eliminated.
