摘要
为了提高原料混匀效果 ,济钢原料厂对进厂原料存储进行科学管理 ,对混匀配料进行自动控制及自动取样 ,选择合理的堆料层数和先进的生产工艺 ,使得中和料质量有了明显提高 ,其主要成分指标TFe和SiO2 一级品率分别由 2 0 0 0年的5 9 3 3 %和 5 8 44 %提高到 2 0 0 3年的 80 90 %和 86 2 5 %。
In order to improve blending efficiency of raw material, The Raw Material Plant of Jigang has adopted some advanced measures included doing scientific management for raw material storage, practicing automatic control and automatic sampling for blending, selecting reasonable raw material piling layer and advanced production technique, etc. Then the quality of neutralized material is improved and the first grade ratio of its TFe and SiO_(2) is increased from 59.33% and 58.44% in 2000 to 80.90% and 86.25% in 2003 respectively.
