本文根据CRM管理模式的定义和组成,阐述了其在东贸公司的应用。针对其主要功能模块及未来发展,探讨了CRM与中国企业管理融合的发展方向。
According to the definition of CRM and its components ,the paper introduces the application of CRM in the DongFeng Trade Corporat ion.Focus on the main functions and their development trend,the way of CRM integ rate with the chinese enterprise management is discussed.
