摘要
采用两对极板交错放置的电容器和具有误差补偿功能的高频振荡电路研制成一种新型的电容式两相流相浓度传感器。实验结果表明 :该传感器具有较高的灵敏度和稳定性、较平坦的灵敏度场和较好的测量线性度 。
A configuration of capacitance transducers for concentration measurement of gas\|solid two phase flows including two cross laid probes and a high frequency circuit which has the function of error compensation is constructed in this paper. The experimental result shows that the capacitance transducers have high and sensitivity and staleility measurement for of concentration of gas\|solid two phase flows.
