摘要 A synthetic process of rimantadine hydrochloride was reported.It was started from adamantane, via intermedium 1 bromoadamandine, 1 adamantane methyl ketone, then reacted with formamide and finally hydrolyzed. The cost was low and the process was simple,the overall yield being 53.8%.This procesis valuable for industrie application.
