Synthesis and biological activities of gallium and indium complexes with pyridine dicarboxylic acid

摘要 Six new complexes were synthesized through the reactions of three pyridine dicarboxylic acids(2,3-,2,5-,2,6-)with gallium and indium trichloride.Their structures and properties were studied by means of elemental analysis,infrared spectra,thermal analysis,1H,13C NMR spectra and molar conductivity.The antibacterial activities of gallium complexes were also examined.The results indicated that they had better activities and were more sensitive to gram-positive bacteria than the free ligands. Six new complexes were synthesized through the reactions of three pyridine dicarhoxylic acids (2,3 - ,2,5 - ,2,6 - )with gallium and indium trichloride.
