摘要
合成了直链淀粉 三(3,5 二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯),涂于氨基丙烷化硅胶上制得高效液相色谱手性固定相,并利用该固定相对外消旋丙烯菊醇对映体进行了拆分。考察了流动相中异丙醇含量对分离效果的影响。
Allethrin is an important insecticide and its two enantiomers have different bioactivities. The allyl4hydroxy3methyl2cyclopenten1one is an important intermediate in chiral synthesis of allethrin, and its optical purity is closely related to that of the final product. So it is very important to establish a method to separate the racemates of 2allyl4hydroxy3methyl2cyclopenten1one. Amylpectin tris (3,5dimethylphenylcarbamate) was synthesized and coated on spherical silica gel as a chiral stationary phase (CSP),with which a practical and useful chiral column was packed for high enantiomeric resolution. The effects of isopropanol concentration in the mobile phase on the retention and resolution were investigated. The retention factors of the racemates decreased appreciably with the increment of the concentration of isopropanol and so was the resolution factor.
