驱虫剂氯氰菊酯异构体在戊烷体系中的分离

The Separation of Cypermethrin Isomers in Pentane Mobile Phase

摘要 以高效液相色谱手性固定相法对顺式、反式、高效氯氰菊酯异构体进行了拆分,流动相为正戊烷,分别添加了不同比例的乙醇。实验结果显示,顺式、反式氯氰菊酯的两个对映体可以得到完全分离,分离度分别为2.48和2.28,高效氯氰菊酯的四个异构体也可得到较好的分离。 The two enantiomers of alpha-and theta-cypermethrin and the four iso mers of beta-cypermethrin were separated by using high performance liquid chrom atography under normal phase applying pentane as mobile phase and ethanol as org anic modifier. The compact of the volume concentration of ethanol on the separat ion was studied. The results showed that the two enantiomers of alpha-and theta-cypermethrin could obtain complete resolution, and the resolutions were 2.48 and 2.28 respectively. The four isomers of beta-cypermethrin could also get cer tain resolution.
