补饲硫对安哥拉山羊F2代杂种羊无髓毛机械性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 用硫酸钠、胱氨酸对安哥拉山羊F2代杂种羊进行补饲.结果表明:两种硫源对F2代杂种羊无髓毛的断裂强力、断裂伸长、断裂伸长率及鳞片度等指标均有极显著提高(P<0.01),对断裂强度和逆阻抗系数有显著提高(P<0.05);补饲胱氨组的屈服点应力明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两种硫源对其它机械性能指标的影响均不明显(P>0.05). Two kinds of sources,Na2SO3 and cystine,are used as supplementary feeding to Angra x Tibetan goat F2 generation.The results show that,all targets of the tension at break,elongation at break,percentage of elongation at break and scale degree of nonmedullar fibers of two experimental groups are much higher than those of comparative group (P<0.01),the targets of the strength at break and converse frictional coefficient of nonmedullar fibers of two experimental groups are also higher than those of comparative group significantly (P<0.05),the stress of yield point of nonmedular fibers of supplementary feeding cystine group is bigger than that of comparative group significantly (P<0.05),and the effect of two sulphur sources to all other mechanical property targets of two experimental groups are insignificant (P>0.05).
