摘要
采用产生柱法及生物急性毒性实验方法进行了MCD(甲基化-β-环糊精)对甲基对硫磷的增溶作用和生物毒性的实验研究。实验结果表明,MCD水溶液对甲基对硫磷有明显的增溶效果,在120g·L-1MCD处理下,甲基对硫磷的溶解度增加125倍多。增溶作用的大小与MCD的浓度有很大的关系,而且随MCD的浓度增大而增强。另外,MCD对甲基对硫磷的生物毒性影响很大,在0.5g·L-1MCD溶液中,甲基对硫磷对蝌蚪的LC50由5.92mg·L-1增大到12.53mg·L-1(96h),即甲基对硫磷的生物毒性显著减弱。
This paper investigates solubiliz ation and biotoxicity of parathion -methyl by methyl -β-cyclodextrin.The result in-dicated that methyl -β-cyclodextrin can significantly in crease the concentration of parathi on -methyl.The solubility is greatl y related with concentration of methyl -β-cyclodextrin.Methyl -β-cyclodextrin had a great effect on t he biotoxicity of parathion -methyl,LC 50 of parathion -methyl to tadpole decreased from 5.92mg ·L -1 to 12.53mg ·L -1 (96h )with 0.5g ·L -1 methyl -β-cyclodextrin,that means,the biotoxicity of parathion -methyl was sig nificantly decreased.
