摘要
【目的】考察冬青油羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)包合工艺条件及包合物制剂对菊小长管蚜的防治效果。【方法】以包合物的收率和油转化率的综合评分作为评价指标,选择冬青油与羟丙基-β-环糊精的质量比、包合温度及包合时间为主要影响因素,进行L16(45)正交试验,优化包合冬青油的工艺条件,并对包合物制剂进行田间药效试验。【结果】饱和水溶液法制备冬青油HP-β-CD包合物的最佳工艺条件为:羟丙基-β-环糊精与冬青油的质量比为10∶1,包合温度为45℃,包合时间为2.0h。冬青油包合物制剂250倍稀释、常量喷雾对菊小长管蚜有较好的防治效果,包合物制剂的速效性略低于乳油制剂,但持效期较乳油制剂长,具有一定的缓释性。【结论】冬青油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合工艺合理可行,包合物制剂对菊小长管蚜具有较好的防治效果和一定的持效期。
