摘要
目的筛选制备甘草黄酮-HP-β-CD包合物的最佳工艺。方法采用正交设计实验以包合率和包合物得率为指标筛选最佳工艺条件,采用紫外分光光度法测定溶解度。结果甘草黄酮-HP-β-CD包合物的最佳工艺为甘草黄酮:HP-β-CD=1:3(w/w),包合时间6 h,温度60℃。结论甘草黄酮通过HP-β-CD包合后溶解度增加。
Objective To optimize the preparation technology of licorice flavone HP-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound. Methods With inclusion efficiency and yield of inclusion compound as the indices, the optimum preparation condition was studied by orthogonal test. UV was adopted for determination of the solubility. ResultsThe optimum condition was as follows: the ratio of licorice flavone to HP-β-cyclodextrin of 1:3, inclusion time of 6 h and inclusion temperature of 60 ℃. Conclusion The solubility of licorice flavone can be improved through HP-β-cyclodextrin inclusion.
