摘要
目的为了提高伊曲康唑(ITZ)的溶解性能,研制了ITZ包合物。方法用羟丙基-β-环糊精以多分子包合ITZ,为提高包合效果,对影响包合的各因素(方法、温度、浓度、取代度、pH值、时间、共溶剂等)进行单因素考察。结果ITZ在添加共溶剂后包合率达99.3%。经紫外、红外、差示扫描量热法及不同pH情况下相溶解度测定分析,所生成的包合物为新物相。结论HP-β-环糊精以多分子包合ITZ,工艺简单可行。
Purpose Hyddroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) was used to prepare the inclusion compound of Itraconazole in order to improve the biocompatibility and the solubility of the drug. Methods Choosing some facts to examine the influence on the complex"s efficiency such as the degree of substitution, the concentration, the solubility, the co-solvents, pH, temperature etc. Results The process of preparing the Intraconazole complex was simple and the product yield was high(99.3 % ). The concentration of drug was measured by means of UV and HPLC. Conclusion The result showed that the methodology was simple, accurate and well repeatable.
